We are a global manufacturer of parts for braking systems based in Čejč, the Czech Republic, and we partner with important employers representing a long-standing tradition in the South Moravian Region.
We are involved in the development of state-of-the-art braking systems, manufacturing and supplying brake pins for a quarter of the cars produced worldwide. We are a member of LISI group, a large multinational with its parent company in France.
Due to the continuous expansion of our production, we are looking for a new colleague for the position of Logistics Systems Coordinator. This position will be part of the newly built Customer Service team in Čejč, reporting to our French Headquarters.
What will your responsibilities be?
1. Consignment stocks
- Receive consignments stock movements from the customer or its logistics provider (e-mail, portal, EDI)
- For manual customers (no EDI), raise the invoice in the ERP
- Organize and participate in consignment stock inventories at the customer’s location
2. Customer database
- Deal with workflow and customer database GLPI requests for all LISI AUTOMOTIVE legal entities using MOVEX ERP Communication with customers (block and release customer accounts, ...)
- Release information regarding Creations and any modifications according to the working instruction
3. Back-office
- Manage the customer portal administration (create user accesses, publish certificates IATF, ...)
- Reply to customer various questionnaires
- Reply to customer capacity enquiries
- Book and update intercompany orders in our ERP
- Various administrative tasks
What do you need for this role?
- Advanced English both spoken and written – B2 level; French or German is an asset
- Willingness to travel abroad - training takes place in France
- Proactive approach, time management, learning ability
- Customer focus, result oriented
- Experience in stock control and in customer litigation is a plus
- General skills in clerical tasks)
- Knowledge of using and working in ERP and IT systems (SAP, …) is an advantage, knowledge of MS Office is a must
