We have an opportunity for an experienced and energetic professional with rich expertise in game development who is skilled in people management and whose primary goal is to drive the quality of game development.
**MISSION**
- Overseeing and managing the development process of the game.
- Setting up control over the project status to ensure that deadlines and high-quality standards are met.
- Demonstrating great results in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Striving to improve development efficiency, bring new ideas, and evolve our production techniques.
- Growing and developing a production team to bring the best player experience to our games.
**YOUR PROFILE**
- You shipped at least one title either on PC and/or console from start to end in a Production role.
- Experience with all areas of development, including design, art, animation, and programming.
- A creative problem-solver with good analytical, technical, and project management skills.
- Skilled in solving dependencies between areas of development and ensuring good communication flow.
- Ability to clearly communicate with the team and stakeholders.
- Great sense of responsibility and priorities.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, DevOps, etc.) and the respective software and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills in English.
- It is mandatory to be based in Brno, so you must be willing to move. We can, of course, provide you with relocation support.
