Qontigo is currently seeking a **Platform Engineer** to join the **Corporate IT and Infrastructure team**.
You will have an opportunity to gain insights into our companys various fields of activities. In your position as a Platform Engineer, you will provide IT security expertise in support to the business and in line with the key responsibilities:
- Design, create, and maintain highly scalable infrastructure with major cloud providers to support business needs of the company
- Work on our tools and infrastructure-as-code capabilities, working the team to maintain cloud infrastructure and solve problems.
- Enforcing appropriate controls to maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of Qontigo information assets and systems
- Identifying and eliminating vulnerabilities in the companys assets and systems
- Security configuration of multi-cloud environment and on-premises assets
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Security or similar
- 2 years of professional experience in Information Technology, Information Security, Cyber Security, or a related field
- Experience in managing production infrastructure using an Infrastructure-as-Code solution
- Working knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and Microsoft Azure
- Working knowledge of Cloud Governance, FinOps, and Landing Zones.
- Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (using Github Actions or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders
- Good knowledge of Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High sense of responsibility, ability to work independently, and target-oriented attitude
- Excellent analytical skills and experience to understand, structure and explain complex topics
- Team orientation and strong communication skills
- Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Sentinel, Microsoft Intune and other Microsoft services will be considered as an advantage
