**A Day in the Life**
As Credit Services Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Posting incoming cash through SAP, AutoBank module as required
- Performing offset and adjustment transactions as assigned. Transfer payments from other divisions using inter-company general ledger accounts.
- Performing write offs to bad debt ledgers, as well as, various other write-offs as required, making sure write off requests are sent with proper approvals based on the approval matrix.
- Processing customer refunds for Customer Financial Solutions, making sure refund requests are processed accurately, timely, contain the proper signatures, and are processed through SAP correctly.
- Working on Unallocated Cash using internal reporting and reach out to Credit & Collection in case needed.
- Owning of personal development, Competency Model, yearly Goal updates. Ensure actions are taken to reach the personal and departmental goals.
- Any other duties that are within the scope, spirit or purpose of the role or as reasonably requested.
**Must Haves**
- Spoken and written proficiency in English is a must.
- Comfortable with M.S. Office - namely Excel and Word - and willingness to develop.
- Proactive and investigative mindset as well as a high level of attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Being a Team-player and being able to work independently on moderately complex projects with general supervision.
- Being willing to suggest enhancements in processes, solve problems or improve effectiveness.
- Ability to communicate with all levels and across departments within the organization.
- Adaptable with an ability to change direction and priorities if required.
- Able to build trust and credibility.
- Excellent attention to detail, good communication and organizational skills.
- Driven by goals and deadlines.
- Have Functional Technical skills and ability to lead project work.
**Nice to Haves**
- Educated to a degree level in Business or related field preferred.
- Post School Accounting Qualification is desirable.
- Accounting experience within a commercial organization is desirable.
- Experience within a Financial Shared Services Environment or Cash Application and/or Credit Coordinator field
- Experience in using SAP
- Active involvement within the SOX (The Sarbanes-Oxley Act - a United States federal law) process would be an advantage.
