**Assoc. Dir. DDIT LDC SD Core Integration**:

**About the role**
**Location**: Czech Republic (Hybrid)
LDC Core Integration role managing the handover approach, project reviews, escalation process within the LDC program and contributes to Fit to Core, Scope Management, minor releases and enhancement management processes. Safeguards and improves the processes for the areas under responsibility and ensures that they are followed by related parties.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Prepare, own and govern Handover approach, ensures handovers are happening from Core team to Technical delivery team on time with quality.
- Prepare, own and govern Project review approach, organize the project re-views, ensures proper participation, preparation and communication happens before, during and after the review. Tracks the follow up actions, ensures that they are closed on time.
- Prepare, own and govern escalation process. Ensures that escalations are entered and addressed on time.
- Reports regularly the status, highlights risks and problems to related parties on time.
- Works with related teams and ensures that required reports are in place, accurate, regularly updates the reports with tools team based on the changing needs.
- Ensure Release goals are accomplished and in line with LDC objectives within the area of responsibility.
- Collaborate effectively with other functions within LDC including Release managers, Core Functions, Adopt Teams, Tools & Methodology team, Reporting & Analytics and Security teams as well as 3rd party Suppliers.
- Work closely with other Core integration areas like Fit to Core, Scope management, minor release management, CAB process, enhancement delivery process.
- Manages lessons learned sessions and drives continuous improvement within the area of responsibility.

**Role Requirements**
**What you’ll bring to the role**:
- Experience demonstrating effective working with distributed or off-shore teams and fluent English. Strong negotiation and consensus-building skills.
- Proven experience in vendor management for SAP implementations, large scale transformation programs. Also managing KPIs and SLAs, targets for vendors.
- Reporting KPIs, progress and preparing/presenting to executive levels experience and skilled in service reviews and managing follow ups.
- Hands on experience on writing, updating large scale SOWs with Vendor and working with Vendor for continuous improvements.
- Proven experience in process mapping, process optimization and leading vendor teams to achieve targets.
**Desirable requirements**:
- University degree in Computer Science, Information Management or related discipline; and master degree is preferred
