**Assistant Front Office Manager for Andaz Prague**

**What you will be responsible for?**
As Assistant Front Office Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that everything runs smoothly in your team as well as in day-to-day operations (cash control for agents, staffing needs, and guest services). Additional responsibilities may include training, staff development and scheduling. You will be in a close contact with the Front Officer Manager.
In addition to administrative support in the back office, you are in direct contact with guests in the Andaz Lounge and ensure a smooth check-in / check-out process. It goes without saying that you greet the guest with a warm smile and answer all questions about Prague and the surrounding area in English or different language, if you know it. Your personal style makes you a brand ambassador for the Andaz.
