**What will be your daily activities?**:
- Start your day with a coffee or a tea, pick something sweet or live healthy and take fruit.
- Answer tickets or work on an improvement task assigned to you (such a task can be “write an article about how to configure DNS records, connect to our API from the Postman or what ports are necessary for IceWarp server to work”. Self-improvement tasks are always selected according to your current knowledge, they must help you learn something new, and they must always solve real scenarios which need to be solved).
- Participate in a team meeting at 10:00 am.
- Enjoy food bought at the company’s expense.
- Another customer’s request is a bit trickier. He wants you to help him with a bash script using our API for gathering server information and storing it in their own CRM. Script is not functional in your lab environment as well, and you are afraid your current scripting knowledge is not sufficient. Escalated to the higher support level. The response is quick - a typo in a command. Good to know for the next time.
- You should know that, so your boss gives you the task of writing an automated script for another customer who wants to read mailbox sizes. A hands-on lab is always the best way to learn.
- Before the day ends, you have been assigned a ticket where the on-prem customer misconfigured the databases, and IceWarp is not working. You have no idea the previous configuration of the customer’s environment and the name of databases, but you know the customer is doing backups - just ask him to restore them to the sandbox environment and read the previous configuration - it works like a charm, good job.
- At 17:00, you should have already been on a way home. Your girlfriend/boyfriend is waiting. But some colleagues are discussing if Open AI has a future or not, while the second batch is arguing if WoW is dead and Final Fantasy is stealing its gamers. Not interested? Me neither. While they are still talking, we are going for a beer.
