This is the job_**
We are looking for experienced **Application Support Engineer** to join our internal **IT team in Prague**. We would appreciate a communicative and empathetic colleague to work effectively in a growing IT company.
In this role, you will be involved in the management of MS SQL and Windows server, advanced administration of Atlassian aplications (JIRA, Confluence), work with EA and other IT activities.
**_This is you_**
- Senior experience (5+ years) in an in-demand role within a medium to large company to excel in our corporate IT environment
Knowledge and skills in the above areas - i.e. MS SQL and Windows server administration, with advanced administration of JIRA, Confluence and troubleshooting tools
You will be expected to use your knowledge of the MS Windows environment and data security skills
Active English and fluency in Czech for effective collaboration in our team (up to 8 members)
Personal qualities such as professionalism, responsibility and consistency, as well as an open/friendly approach
**It will be an advantage if you know**
Have experience in managing Tomcat, Apache
DB MS SQL at the level of SQL scripts

Use of security knowledge for Windows and JIRA (login, certificates...)
Advanced administration of Atlassian JIRA and Confluence tools (ticket management, project creation, workflow modification, configuration and other activities)
Troubleshooting for JIRA and Confluence
Further leveraging knowledge of MS Office and Prolaborate to collaborate on EA
Active communication in English and Czech for effective collaboration
