We are looking for an Application Expert Analyst to provide support for our Salesforce-based commercial tools and related projects. In this position, you’ll become a real expert with a big focus on issue resolution, process improvements (training, best practices) and small projects.
You will be part of our Operations Support team and we have the mission of ensuring the availability, stability, and reliability of our Commercial tools focused on delivering value to our business and safeguarding the expected user experience. You will be part of our BEES community (business-to-business e-commerce platform) where we help transform the traditional sales model into a digital experience.

What will you be doing:
- Give day-to-day support to key stakeholders:
- Incident & Problem Management (Root-cause analysis of technical defects)
- Service request management
- Monitoring and event management
- Manage User setup, modification and system maintenance:
- Service configuration management (setup up & maintenance; Data collection, preparation and loading)
- Service validation and testing (Participation of project related activities linked to releases; Testing of new features)
- Service continuity management (Develop and analyze meaningful reporting)
- Owner of Change enablement:
- Intermediary between users & Dev Team in case of technical bug
- Communication to the community
- Owner of the knowledge base
- Refreshment trainings for users
What youll bring:
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing), French language is an advantage
- Min 2 years experience in Operations/Systems Support, Reporting and/or Project Management
- Reporting skills, SQL knowledge is a big plus
- An ambition to grow to a team lead position and gain leadership skills
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving mindset, and ability to identify gaps
- Ability to work on own initiative and prioritize workload effectively
- Highly customer & service-oriented mindset
