Apm Maintenance Coordinator
**Job Description**:
**Your main responsibilities**
- Supervising field service requests related to the APM (Automated Parcel Machines) network in Czechia
- Respond to any issues that occur during the delivery of services providing technical and operational advice
- Organizing, supervising and finalizing (from work order to invoice) field service activities
- SLA monitoring and taking corrective actions to prevent any delays
- Direct or remote technical support for subcontractors and company employees (including field visits and inspections on regular basis)
- Creating and maintaining technical documentation and operational processes in assigned area of expertise
- Coordinating the flow of spare parts between the company, suppliers and subcontractors including RMA process(from order to invoice)
- Evaluate the quality of all services and help us to identify areas that need improvements

**This is the right job for you, if**:
- You have experience in maintaining and repairing external devices such as parcel machines, ATMs, vending machines, etc.
- You have experience in handling spare parts and working in the WMS system (nice to have)
- You have higher education
- you are independent in performing assigned tasks: “hands-on approach”
- You are able to organize their own work perfectly, are conscientious and willing to constantly develop
- You speak English at intermediate level
- Due to foreign expansion, knowledge of Czech or another Central European language is welcome
- You have a category B driving license
