Objectifs : Évaluer les risques de l'entreprise et l'efficacité de ses efforts de gestion des risques. S'assurer que l'entreprise se conforme aux lois et aux statuts pertinents. Évaluer le contrôle interne et faire des recommandations sur la manière de l'améliorer.

Responsabilités : Vous participez aux audits opérationnels et financiers, en coopération avec d'autres membres de l'équipe et des experts de l'entreprise, afin de fournir une assurance indépendante que les processus de gestion des risques, de gouvernance et de contrôle interne de Quadient fonctionnent efficacement, incluant :

• La préparation et la réalisation des missions, suivant une approche basée sur les risques et en conformité avec le référentiel d’audit ;

• La restitution des conclusions aux audités et au management, dûment documentées avec les causes et les recommandations ;

• L’amélioration continue de la fonction d’audit, mais aussi l’identification et le partage de bonnes pratiques, et d’opportunités d’amélioration des processus au sein du Groupe ;

• L’identification des risques et la proposition de mises à jour des standards du Groupe.

Vous contribuez à l’amélioration du contrôle interne par :

• La mise en place et le suivi des campagnes d’auto-évaluation du contrôle interne au regard des contrôles clés identifiés pour chaque entité ;

• Un travail main dans la main avec les opérations pour aider à la mise en place des recommandations identifiées au cours des missions d’audit et une amélioration du cadre de contrôle interne ;

• Une contribution active à la conformité aux lois et réglementations (RSE, anti-corruption, RGPD, etc.) en apportant vos compétences aux fonctions dédiées afin d’aider Quadient à atteindre ses objectifs dans ce domaine.
