Technical skills:

• Significant experience (several years) in AI/ML development, ideally within customer care or customer service platforms.
• Strong expertise in Python programming and working with NLP frameworks.
• Solid hands-on experience with Azure AI services such as Azure Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, and Bot Services.
• Deep understanding of cloud computing architecture and microservices on Azure.
• Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and MLOps practices.

Soft skills:

• Strong leadership and communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Knowledge of the German language is a plus.

Our client from the telecommunication sector (we’ll share more details during the interview) is seeking a AI Lead Developer to join their team and have a real impact on product and company development from day one.

• Long-term collaboration on a B2B contract basis
• Start date: preferably ASAP
• Hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office: Warszawa, Poznań, or Lublin)
