Agile Project Manager @ DTiQ
1. Initiative planning and management
o Facilitate communication between product and development teams
- Regularly reports overall project status to management and key stakeholders, escalating major issues as necessary.
- Together with Product Owner and Head of Development provide team with a concise vision and create a positive team environment
o Be responsible for managing delivery priorities coming from the product team
- Correct and communicate deviations from plans
o Coordinate cross-team initiatives between several internal development Teams
- Work with other project managers to align priorities across development
- Shield team from external interferences and removes obstacles.
- Facilitate Scrum Ceremonies
- Organize project status and working meetings
- Perform delivery planning for assigned projects
- Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value
o Manage risks and issues
- Manage production bugs investigation and prioritization
2. Process management and improvement
o Implement and maintain development and release management processes
o Lead ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best agile practices
o Leverage organizational resources to improve capacity for project work
