Role Description

We are seeking a self-motivated and high-caliber professional to join our Clients ) team in Kraków as an Agile Coach. The primary role of the Agile Coach is to support the Agile Ways of Working Adoption within the team. This involves facilitating Agile practices, ensuring framework adherence, and delivering training on Agile methodologies and practices. The Agile Coach is also responsible for deploying the Agile Ways of Working Roadmap within Clients Change Framework guidelines and coordinating across teams executing through the AGILE methodology. Key responsibilities include managing teams to self-organize and deliver in an agile manner, facilitating Agile ceremonies, and maintaining stakeholder engagement during the transition from waterfall to agile methodologies.
