**About the role**

About the Role:
In this role you will be so called “right hand” for one of our top senior managers. You will provide administrative support in all the relevant matters, be responsible for managing his calendar and all the scheduling activities, planning different activities, purchasing tasks when needed etc. You will be in communication with a variety of associates, internal and external ones, including the top management, so great communication skills are key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing calendar and all scheduling activities for the Lead/Head.
- Managing administrative and organizational assignments independently and taking care of general administrative tasks. Preparation of presentation documents as assigned by the supervisor. Taking care of »Meeting minutes«. Scheduling trips, if needed.
- Participating or independently organizing various local/global projects or events (e.g. townhall...).
- Informing, advising and supporting the team & associates from outside the team on processes, guidelines or services that are specific to the department.
- Coordinating and managing administrative projects (design, planning, implementation, communication etc.)
- Proactively engaging stakeholders to ensure that on site client’s expectations are met through high levels of customer service.

**Role Requirements**
Essential Requirements:
- Higher education.
- 3 years of experience with complex administrative tasks.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills and capability to work with various local and global stakeholders.
- Organized and precise person, being able to work in a fast, dynamic work environment in aligned timelines.
- Being a decisive and proactive person.
