Accounting Assistant Spanish/German Language Expertise

For an American multinational company, we are looking for a Accounting Assistant with knowledge of the German and/or Spanish language.
Job description:
• Inform, follow up and collect any open overpayments/receivables.
• Handle customer queries related to overpayments and receivables.
• Provide support and assist in resolving employee queries.
• Work with multiple stakeholder teams to understand root cause of overpayments/receivables and provide details to employee.
• Work closely with Payroll Operations for providing better employee experience and improve collection effectiveness.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• At least 2 years of relevant experience of Payroll or AR Collections in Germany and/or Latam Countries.
• German and/or Spanish Language Proficiency.
• Knowledge on Latam/Germany region Payroll/AR Collections/Taxes.
• Knowledge of payslips calculations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Handling administrative tasks related to accounting operations.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
