Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Account Manager to expand our network of agents within a designated territory in the Czech Republic, presenting RIA Money Transfer Service as a lucrative business opportunity. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining strong relationships with agents, demonstrating the value proposition of our service, and driving business growth.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Agent Development**:Identify, recruit, and onboard new agents while nurturing existing relationships to ensure long-term loyalty and satisfaction with RIA services.
**Sales Process Management**:Lead the entire sales process, from prospecting and cold calling to conducting face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
**Marketing Collaboration**:Ensure agents are appropriately equipped with marketing materials (i.e., "Basic Dress" provided by Marketing) to enhance the visibility and business potential of RIA services at the point of sale.
**Day-to-Day Operations**:Provide ongoing support to agents, ensuring service excellence, and take decisive action to increase transaction volumes and market presence.
**Communication and Reporting**:Respond promptly to inquiries from the company and agents, and provide regular, comprehensive reports to the Sales Manager detailing progress, challenges, and strategies.
**Performance Evaluation**:Draft weekly reports outlining achievements and progress against set targets, and attend sales meetings to contribute insights and strategies for business growth.
**Please note that this position requires you to be 80% in the field.**
**Proven experience **in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the financial services or a related industry.
**Strong interpersonal and communication skills **, with the ability to effectively engage and influence potential and existing agents.
**Demonstrated ability **to manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing, including negotiating and finalizing agreements.
**Familiarity with regulatory requirements **and documentation related to financial services is advantageous.
**Self-motivated and results-oriented **, capable of working independently and managing time efficiently.
**Fluent in Czech and proficient in English **(additional language skills are a plus).
