**About the job**:
As **Account **Manager**, you will be responsible for building a network of clients of varying characters and sizes with a wide array of needs. You will frequently contact clients to identify business needs and promote solutions based on Salesforce Products to address them. You will also frequently contact our key technology partners to co-sell and co-market joint solutions. We are looking for someone who takes leadership in developing new and fostering existing business relations with clients and consults the customers on the economic aspects of a project. Work with the sales team on defining sales and marketing campaigns, run discovery meetings with potential customers, and support the delivery team as an Account Manager during the project lifecycle.
**What we expect**:
- Good overview of trends in the world of digital experience solutions, business and e-commerce.
- Engages with Decision Makers to position Salesforce solutions through strategic value-based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data.
- Partners with the Development Team to create a business solution and technical delivery plans.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, bring them to maturity and convert them into ongoing projects.
- Ability to build a sustainable pipeline in engaged markets.
- Strong commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills.
- Independence in identifying the clients business objectives and ability to act as the first point of contact for the clients.
- More than 2 years of experience in selling mid-sized multi-cloud projects as an IT Service provider.
- Good communication and presentation skills in English.
**Nice to have**:
- Communication and presentation skills in German or other languages.
- Experience as a consultant or project manager in IT implementation projects.
- Residence in Berlin, Hamburg, Munich or Prague.
- Willingness to travel approx. 40% - including business trips and office visits in Prague/Germany.
- Business/technical knowledge of SalesCloud and ServiceCloud and ability to steer customer conversations towards a final solution. Experience with other clouds or ISV solutions.
- Proven network with Salesforce, ISV partners or implementation partners.
