You should be empathetic and most importantly, you should be able to provide our customers with help in the most effective way and deal with their potential issues in Romanian.
What is going to be a part of your workload?
* Providing our Romanian clients with support via e-mail and calls* Creating, editing and being responsible for person's order* Taking care of administrative agenda of clients' orders including payments, replacements, and communication with supplier and warehouse* Presenting information about the products we offer in relation to customers' preferences* Cooperating with marketing department with regard to translations and reviews
What do you need?
* Proficient knowledge of Romanian language regarding both writing and speaking skill* High empathy capacity and professional attitude* Excellent communication skills* Enthusiasm for personal development* Heart beating for your team
